Arrivals and Departures in Switzerland

Participants arriving by plane from another country can be awaited for in a Swiss Airport by a member of our team and safely taken to the Swiss Camp they have chosen.

At the end of their stay, they are accompanied to the airport by a member of our team who will make sure that the plane is on time, that the staff of the airplane company is taking care of children who have reserved a service for minors travelling alone, etc.

This service has a cost (you can find details in the "Extra" section for each camp's description).

Please don't hesitate to communicate us the details of the flight (as soon as possible) so that we can organize the pick-up at the airport or make sure that the young participants have all the information they need if they are coming by themselves. Our office and our camp-leaders will make sure that children and teenagers have a nice time, in security and without any stress, during their whole stay in Switzerland - from the moment they land at the airport until the take-off at the end of their stay.

Accompanied train ride from Zurich
We meet at 1.30 pm on Sunday at the meeting point in Zurich train station where a member of staff with a fRilingue sign will be waiting for you. At 2:02 pm, we'll the train together. The return starts Saturday afternoon at 4pm, arriving in Zurich between 6 and 7pm.
Costs: 25 CHF per journey, the train ticket is not included in the price and must be purchased in advance.

Accompanied train ride from Bern
We meet Sunday at 2.30 pm at the meeting point in Bern train station where a member of staff with a fRilingue sign will be waiting for you. At 3.04 pm we'll take the train together. The return starts Saturday afternoon at 4pm, arriving in Bern around 5pm.
Costs: 20 CHF per journey, the train ticket is not included in the price and must be purchased in advance.

Arrival: Sunday at 18h
Departure: you have the following choices:

• Departure on Friday after the course (about 2pm)
• Departure Saturday morning (around 9am)
• Departure on Saturday afternoon after the excursion (around 4pm)

You must tell us the details of your departure by Wednesday at the latest.
